However, you came to find this place or come to the point in your life where you were tired of being tired...

You are welcomed with open arms in your mess and in your brokenness before God. He is ready to receive you and help you. There are some steps that must be taken in order there to be a firm foundation in your life so your life will come out of chaos. First, there must be repentance so there can be reconciliation. Repentance is taking responsibility for our sin, behavior, and the pain we have caused others. People repeat what they don't repent of. Until we acknowledge what we do; we won't do anything to fix it. Taking responsibility empowers us to change by his grace through faith!

Unfortunately, the gospel we've heard: Please say this sinner's prayer, and invite Jesus into your heart.
The gospel that Jesus preached: Repent, deny yourself, take up your cross, and follow me.
The gospel we've heard incorporates Jesus into our lives so we can still live the way we want and have other gods beside him.
The gospel Jesus preached: Leaves the old life behind so we can walk in a new life.  It becomes a commitment to die to self so we can be transformed into His image.
Which gospel did you believe?

Then He said to them all, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. Luke 9:23

My baptism

After years of being in the church God spent five days of heavy correction upon my life.  On one of those nights, I had a vision of hell.   I saw hell with her mouth wide open licking her lips and her belly was engorged with lost souls. I saw hearts that were black like stone (from the deceitfulness of sin, hurt and offense), people with blinders on (they were blinded by pride), chains that extended out of hell that shackled others in captivity, and others were following the pied piper on the wide road of destruction they were being seduced away with the lusts of this world. Many were at the wide gate and God was saying, "Wake up from your delusion!" He showed me people who were willing to grab people by the ankles, prostrate on their faces dragging behind those who unwittingly were going to hell.

On the following night, God spoke to me and told me to repent, be baptized and come out of the apostate church. If you can imagine my shock when I realized I had been under a delusion. I had years of unconfessed sin and when I came to Christ the first time I never even repented! I would, of course, ask for forgiveness but I was revisited by similar patterns of behavior that would come to haunt me later. I never bothered to ask anyone to forgive me neither did I take responsibility for my hurtful actions. I thought I was entitled to receive forgiveness if I had a good reason for my sin. Such as they made me mad or they hurt me or even abused me. I just assumed everything was okay because I said I was sorry. Nothing could be further from the truth.

After making a full confession of all my sin, repenting, asking others to forgive me for the actions that caused them pain and forgiving others for what they did to me...I truly experienced freedom. I left that old dead carcass in the water. Don't get me wrong the devil will still come and tempt us but we have dominion over him. Amen!? Now if you go through our list of common sins and find yourself manifesting or if what I'm saying  is speaking to you and you think you may need deliverance, please

Baptism of Repentance

Receiving a new identity in Christ

I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. Matthew 3:11

And he went into all the region around the Jordan, preaching a baptism of repentance for the remission of sins Luke 3:3

For years the church has held the belief that a simple confession of believing in Christ would be sufficient in bringing reconciliation between God and sinful men. This was never taught by Jesus, his Apostles or the early church. Repentance and baptism were synonymous. I believe just as Jesus taught that we must repent or make a full confession of our sins and be baptized. As we do this His Spirit gives us a new birth! The word remission in Luke 3:3 means release from bondage by forgiving and receiving forgiveness. We are putting to death an old nature and be raised into Christ's nature.

We have put a video together for you explaining this process fully and then we can set up an appointment for your baptism. If you are not in the local area we will find someone to do this for you. We also are putting together some discipleship classes for you to learn and grow in Christ.
